Avaya phone system - Who provides your support?

Good afternoon all,

 

We have a datacentre hosted Avaya phone system and the support contract is going to be coming up for renewal soon. I just wondered if anyone had any recommendations for a 3rd party supplier who would be able to offer support that they work with or have worked with previously so that I can obtain a few quotes. 

 

I've Google a few but they're not companies I know of, so if they come in cheaper I need to know we're working with someone who comes recommened (ideally).
