CPOMS Transfers

Is anyone else finding that CPOMS is not working correctly with regards to transfers? We've had several children leave our school and their new schools have not been able to request transfers even though the pupils are archived from our system so recognised as leaving and have matching UPNs in both schools systems. We also have new starters who we can't request from their old schools either?

Yeah we're having more issues this year.

 

Also seems to be an issue if the student already has a pending CPOMS transfer to another school.  i.e. they already started a transfer from school 1 to school 2, now there going to school 3 but that data will not sync because its already pending in school 2 so doesn't show up.  Got 2 ongoing calls with CPOMS about this which are slow to get responses too.

I think we've had that issue too with some of our Year 6 leavers who went to different schools than originally planned. I had a ticket in about it on the 9th Sept but still haven't had any emails back about it!
