Sign in App Support

Hi all, 

 

I used sign in app in a previous trust and had nothing but an outstanding experience. This time around things are different and I am struggling to get timely (or any) response to support tickets. I get a reply from Vizzy (AI?) but when I respond it doesn't seem to go anywhere. 

 

Are others having the same difficulties? Is support@ the best way to log tickets? Is there a phone number?

Just ask Vizzy to log a ticket or speak to a human, it always happily obliges and I've been able to do so in a matter of a few minutes a couple of weeks ago.

Raised a call, and 'Vizzy' told me it's being passed to a human - since then, I've heard nothing... zilch.  Na-da.

 

Very disappointing.

Try a call to them on 01604 866961. That's come from an email for renewals so might be specific to them, but if it comes to it swing it with "if we can't get support, renewal might be impacted"

Really hope it's just a blip and not going to be the norm.

Our recommended way to reach support quickly is via the online chat option in the portal. We introduced Vizzy to help with initial questions as most of our chats are 'How to' enquiries and Vizzy is able to respond quicker and include documentation links instantly.

 

This hopefully frees up our human support team to chat with customers that are experiencing problems. At any point, you can ask Vizzy to speak to a human and the chat should then be routed to one of our specialists. Again, apologies if your experience has not been as we hoped.
