Intune managed Macs accessing on prem resources with Kerberos

I was just wondering if anyone has ever had issues with allowing intune Macs access to on prem file shares. I've been on a very deep rabbit hole the last few days.

 

I've setup Platform SSO and Kerberos SSO all with the correct settings. My test user can log into the mac okay with it's UPN + password however my test user is unable to gain a kerberos key to access an on prem file share without authenticating. I ideally need the process of accessing the students homefolders to be seamless. This feels like a terrible game of whack a mole!

Being blunt time,

 

If you have only just started to use Intune with Macs, STOP right now. and get a proper Mac MDM such as Mosyle.

 

Intune is passable for iOS devices, but it is very limited when it comes to MacOS.
