Arbor - Creating detentions for year groups

We have recently migrated to Arbor and are currently setting up our Behaviour module. We have encountered an issue whereby we are unable to set up year group detentions via workflows.

We understand that detentions can be configured easily when they are set for the whole school, which works well for our extended Wednesday detention. But we cannot find a way to create detention workflows for individual year groups.

 

Has anyone else using Arbor encountered this issue? If so, how did you get around it? At the moment, it appears that teachers will need to enter any detentions into Arbor manually.

Haha..... Breathed too loudly I think... Apologies I meant different year groups as one detention.
