Impero Remote desktop issue

Hi,

 

I was wondering if anyone has run into a problem where when you attempt to remote onto a students device in Impero, it attempts to connect (says Connecting) and then times out.

What is strange, is this is only effect any wireless device.. devices on a wired connection connect perfectly first time.

Nothing has been changed on our Aruba wireless controller - it has randomly stopped working.

Impero server version is currently 8.6.37

 

Any recommendations would be great!

Access control changes on your wireless network? Different firewall settings for wired and wireless devices?

Do you have an onsite Firewall? Sounds like the Impero traffic is allowed on your wired VLAN but not the wireless VLAN.

Firewall rules are the same for wired and wireless, there has been no access changes
