Firewall rules are the same for wired and wireless, there has been no access changes

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has run into a problem where when you attempt to remote onto a students device in Impero, it attempts to connect (says Connecting) and then times out. What is strange, is this is only effect any wireless device.. devices on a wired connection connect perfectly first time. Nothing has been changed on our Aruba wireless controller - it has randomly stopped working. Impero server version is currently 8.6.37 Any recommendations would be great!
