Ublock Origin - is it worth setting up?

Hi All,

Considering setting up UBlock Origin as an enforced extention for staff. Do any of you guys do this already?

If so, do you have a way to stop it opening tabs on its own when it updates etc like it does for me at home?

I would mostly be aiming for Youtube adverts here, but i guess reducing any adverts by even a small amount is worthwile.

I've not pushed for this at school as we have AdBlock and Privacy categories blocked for all our users through our filter.  They pretty much stops most ads and trackers and I tweak extras through the filters as and when I want to take it a bit further.
