Smoothwall iOS app taking 2 minutes + to connect

Hi all

 

I have added a VLAN of iPads to Smoothwall by using locations (all vlan routing is done on the core) . It all connects to our systems, gets IP etc.

 

I am finding though from launching the Smoothwall iOS app it is taking 2+ minutes for an iPad to show connected then it suddenly bursts into life.

 

Has anyone experienced this before and can offer any insight please?

Not one i'm familiar with - have you got a support ticket you could DM me and i will make sure it routes to the right places
