We are buying more Chromebooks to replace the faulty ones so I am trying to work out how many Google chrome management education licenses we have spare, so looking in devices / chrome / devices / upgrades I have this

 

 

But under billing / subscriptions it says this

 

 

 

So do we have 103 or 28 available?

Conditionally available licenses, are normally from devices you have unenrolled from your tenant. They can be reused, but only on an exact replacement device to the one you unenrolled.

 

Unassigned is what you have available, to enrol any chromebook into your tenant.
