Adding qualifications in SIMS

Looking for advice on how to proceed: we have two students who taken an AQA course "PSHE: Respectful Relationships Including Friendships" and been awarded a Certificate - it's part of the Unit Award Scheme. Our SENCo would like me to add it to SIMS so that it is recorded as part of the students' achievement. Can anyone start me off on how to do this? As far as I can see there is no QAN associated with the course.
