Losing the will to live with this and getting nowhere fast with our support.

Had two new APs installed last week and had a number of issues adding them to our inventory originally saying the were blocked (now resolved)

I've then applied the licensing to them.

They show up in Aruba central networking but requiring site assignment

When I click on the 2 it takes me to the site assignment page where the two APs are

When I click on actions I get the option to assign but it only gives me the option to assign the device function "campus access point" (which you can see I've done from the ss above and there's now no way I can see to remove it!)

When I click on the site all my other APs are in I can't see the two new APs.

Using classic central (I can't find this in the new UI) under organisation > manage sites I see unassigned but it has no devices and then my site with all of my old devices but not the new ones.

in device Pre Provisioning I see the two APs I have added them to my wireless group from this page and I can see that they don't have an IP address nor a nameimage.thumb.png.de847b0cf02c0e9f79ff9fe1df75d22a.png

I've checked DHCP and they both have leases on our wireless management VLAN, I can ping both devices and they should be able to communicate with the VC access point which from my understanding should provision them and they should appear in Aruba central (could it be different firmware preventing it?)

I didn't add our existing stuff it was c2c funded, I'm sure I'm missing something but I just can't see what.

I'm certain they should be able to communicate I even swapped ports with two working AP's to be certain but no change.

Has anyone got any ideas or a good start to finish guide to doing this or hints at where I can look to further troubleshoot it?

TIA
