Schools Broadband / Talk Straight - Speed / Netsweeper issues

Hi All,

 

Anyone else having issues?

 

We have went through testing and line fine

Appears to be Netsweeper related

 

Awful speeds, less than 1mb on downloads from MS, Canva and 365 unusable due to speed.

Youtube works sometimes then others shows throughput of 3mb/sec

 

Overall site traffic between 36 and 68mb download and 4-6mb upload, on a 1gb link for a 900 pupil school.

 

Are we alone or are others having same issues?
