Hi all

I am currently supporting a group of schools who are looking to appoint a Regional School Technology Partner. This is a genuinely unique opportunity as most senior school IT roles are site based. This position is primarily home based with planned travel across schools in the South East when required.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working strategically with school leaders while still remaining technically hands on.

Role snapshot

• Home based position with planned travel to schools across the South East
• Initial 18 month fixed term contract with strong longer term potential
• Act as a trusted technology partner to school leadership teams
• Support IT strategy, infrastructure improvements and digital transformation
• Work closely with local IT teams and external partners
• Blend of technical delivery, advisory and project based work

Ideal background

• Current or previous Network Manager or IT Manager within a school / MAT or Education MSP / IT provider
• Strong infrastructure and cloud experience across Microsoft technologies
• Comfortable leading projects and influencing senior stakeholders
• Experience supporting multiple sites would be beneficial
• Strong communication skills and proactive approach
