Pre Bomcom migration export

Hi all,

 

Just wondering what we should make sure we have exported from our Bromcom test system before our final migration from SIMS. we know to export our created roles and permissions and run an audit report of assigned roles to staff.

 

Is there anything else people recommend running?

Probably nothing worth worrying about. Although it depends on what you've done in the test system, I suspect there's no assessment or behaviour configuration to note down, no report definitions to export, and nothing major that you've built there.

Be interested in seeing what others say as we're doing the same now but all I will make sure to have is a report of all staff/students with their UPN/SIMS ID so I can always match them up after the fact if anything goes wrong.

 

You'll need to know what custom reports, if any, are being used so they can be recreated in Bromcom.
