AO-hell postmaster?

Does anyone have a working number for them that isn't the USA-only one? Tried calling the one here

Anyone had to jump through these hoops to get through to them before?

If you are having the blocked email thing, yes I have and its fine, cannot find the number though, but it was call the US and they were very helpful and 4 days later was all working fine (they did say it would be around 4 days before it would work again and I didn't need to call them again)

What time did u call them as it's closed when I tried it midday yesterday

I think it would be late afternoon'ish as they are roughly 7 hours behind.
