Whats the easiest way to set up a laptop for SATS exams for a Braille user.

I have been emailed the following

Quote
These students work on a laptop connected to a Braille display as part of their everyday access arrangements.
  • The Brailliant connects via Bluetooth, so Bluetooth will need to remain enabled.
  • Students will also bring their USB cable as a backup connection option.
Exam requirements specify that:
  • All internet access must be disabled.
  • Students must not be able to navigate away from Microsoft Word or access any other applications, settings, or files.
  • Completed work cannot be emailed for printing, so the laptop must have access to a local printer.
In addition to the above, the following technical settings will also need to be applied to comply with exam conditions and ensure the technology works throughout the test:
  • Disable automatic updates and notifications.
  • Turn off screen timeout and sleep mode.
  • Ensure all battery‑saving modes are disabled.
Could you please configure the exam laptops so that:
  1. Internet access is fully blocked/disabled.
  2. The student is locked into Microsoft Word with no ability to switch applications.
  3. Bluetooth remains enabled to allow Brailliant connectivity.
  4. USB connectivity to the Brailliant works as a fallback option.
  5. The laptop has access to a designated local printer for printing the completed exam work.
  6. Automatic updates, pop‑ups, and notifications are disabled.
  7. Screen timeout, sleep mode, and power‑saving features are all turned off.

All student laptops are currently Enrolled in InTune (no onsite AD server)

I was going to look at either the "Exam Mode" or Kiosk mode - however they only allow access to websites  I need MS Word
