New to Google Workspace Gemini Trial

Hi were looking to have a look at using Google Gemini for free for a group of staff in part of our MAT and not particularly using anything else in the near future.

We would be using Microsoft for Authentication so no extra credentials for staff (or pupils if we ever got there)

 

A couple of questions for those of you who have already done this sort of thing.

1. Have you signed up as MAT or individual schools. (Are there any limits to Fundamentals)
2. What do you do with those who despite not permitting it, signed up for a google account using their school email?
3. What OU structure do you use in a MAT, either of the below or something else.

If anyone particularly has any gotchas in this situation where we aren't looking at all to switch productivity suites but just make the most of the available Google freebies
