Facilitator / Planner in Teams

Has anyone used Facilitator to take meeting minutes?  We're trialling this, have a copilot licence assigned to the head, they start a facilitator meeting and use it to take the notes. 

 

This generally seems to work well, but the process for doing this makes it a local meeting that isn't assigned to a team.  We can add facilitator to a full teams meeting, but this doesn't appear to be the way to do it for an in person meeting.

 

The notes it then generates include actions.  These can be opened in Planner, but we can see no way to move this plan to a team so actions can be assigned to others, the plan is local to the heads account.  A few guides online say about copying the plan, but this only seems to work for plans already in a team, not personal plans.

 

This has the potential to be great and save a lot of time, it's just a little disjointed at the moment.
