Google Context-Aware Access to accounts

We are looking to set up Context-Aware access to accounts on Google however it seems like it half works be it when it is enabled and working on all the selected apps, it doesn't apply at:

- Google Classroom

- myaccount.google.com

- Password Manager

- Google Contacts

- More from Google Market Place

 

Is there anything that I'm missing in Context-Aware Access that i'm missing other than setting up 2FA, bear in mind this would be for student accounts not staff accounts.
