networkmangler Posted November 25, 2025 Posted November 25, 2025 I have been made aware that emails sent from my school to LGfL schools are being flagged as SPAM and being held by their mail protect software. This then means the recipient doesn't receive it. We had an incident yesterday where our PE staff had emailed a school to cancel an arranged football match but they didn't receive the email and turned up at the school. It was later discovered that the email was marked as spam and held by mail protect I tried contacting LGfL about this and was told I had to raise a case via the helpdesk site but I'm unable to do this as I'm not a customer. Other than having to ask individual schools to whitelist us, is there anything else I can do?
sigma Posted November 25, 2025 Posted November 25, 2025 You could try a DM to the very helpful @PaddyNewman?
LeMarchand Posted November 25, 2025 Posted November 25, 2025 Have you set up dkim/spf/dmarc for your @ address? One of my schools where, despite periodic requests for access to the control panel for the website, I have yet to be able to set the TXT records gets spammed by the strict filter at my Exchange school.
PaddyNewman Posted November 25, 2025 Posted November 25, 2025 Thanks @sigma @networkmangler drop me a message, I can get this looked in to for you.
