I work in a school which has a LOT of Interactive Whiteboards, most of which are reaching an age where they are developing faults or a reduction in quality.

I'm interested in replacing them all, but the cost to purchase IWBs outright would be prohibitive.

Does anyone know if IWBs are available on a similar contract to something such a Managed Print Service, where you pay quarterly and then have the option to replace them at the end of the of the contract?

Any recommendations for IWBs and companies who offer this service would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

CrusaderAV supply & install interactive hardware on a weekly basis. We work with a number of Education leasing companies. I would be happy to help.

Hi @agtwalker, are you planning on staying with the older style Interactive Whiteboards or would you look at Interactive Flat Panels?

Panels have higher resolutions (4K), are brighter and cope with reflection and high ambient light environments.

We have 3 ranges, RE04A, RE04, RP04; which vary in price and specification. All of our cloud services are subscription free so there is no ongoing cost and come with a 5 year education warranty.

If you'd like to know any more, please just drop me a DM.

Thanks, Chris

We have just done a similar thing with Educare AV, we pay a fee every quarter over a 5 year period. At the end of the term we can pay a small amount £199 and keep the equipment or return and start again with fresh equipment.

We went with a term of 5 years because this is the warranty of the Benq screens we purchased, BenQ RE series which have been fantastic and have been very well received from staff.

This is a route I would like to take in the next 48 months, I'll keep this company I mind.

Was this Framework pricing?

No but we contacted multiple companies for pricing and these guys were the cheapest.

They came highly recommended by another school in the area and were accredited by Benq which most wasn't.

Installation was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. They only use their own installation guys so we didn't have Joe Bloggs turning up, who couldn't care less.
