Catering systems

We're currently with Iris/BioStore and are reviewing this. As far as I remember in the past, all the catering systems (or mostly the support and ongoing costs of them) were awful. Has anything changed? Is there a good one out there yet?

We moved from Iris/Fastrack/BioStore back to Cunninghams a couple of years ago, and it's been pretty good, support was great during the transition and it's pretty much just worked ever since.

We were with Cunninghams just until recently. They were good to a point and everything worked fine, it was just a tad on the expensive side. We've now moved to Pebble which is significantly cheaper. Initially it looks okay and it uses iPads in secure cages/stands instead of dedicated POS touchscreen PCs but time will tell if it ends up being better for us in the long term.
