3CX Hosting and Costs

Pricing up the options to move 3CX another hosting and understand 3CX can offer this for £590. It says price includes calls so does that mean the SIP trunk is included?

I would assume if they are saying includes calls would be SIP channel included but I'd check how many simultaneous calls etc.

3CX sales said a SIP trunk is not included so don't know why they say the price includes calls.

This may cause us problems as we have 30 extensions but only need a few SC. Do you have information on what the new pricing might be?

Thanks, although we would fall under the 8 SC bracket so no price increase.

They have just released their new pricing. Second price rise in a year, with more probably to come early next year.

Long story short is that they're increasing prices roughly 15% due to the AI capability now included in the Enterprise version (even if you don't use it). Plus you still need to link to your own OpenAI account and pay the costs involved with that...

 

Will hit larger orgs the hardest with the new limits on extensions. Might consider migrating to something else in the future.
