DOC e-sign or digital sign

Hello,

I am working for a school, and we have many documents to send to parents to be signed, can someone suggest me a good and cheap software to do this online. I found some, like Adobe Sign, Signable, DocuSign and Dropbox, but maybe someone knows something better.

For a lot of purposes we use a google form, it is not an  E Signer but it proves someone clicked yes at this time logged on with this email.

 

I would not use this for formal contracts but its great to confirm comms.

Thank you for your replay, but I look for something more complete, as Adobe Sign.

We use Adobe Sign for Teams but we only use this for things that require a full legal documented signature, such as employment contracts or HR related matters and would use Microsoft forms for most other things. It is not cheap as we went for the annual cost per user per year - instead of the per envelope charge.

Adobe have been VERY naughty with this - signing, even remotely was previously available under Acrobat standard, hence fell in with Creative Cloud subscriptions. They removed it last year >:(

Do you use anything like Civica Edu Operations for helpdesk or asset management? There's an e-sign thing in that you may already have a subscription for, and you may also find similar in other all-encompassing edu systems.
