Hi all,

We're just in the process of setting up a new 3CX instance with Teams direct routing but running into an issue.

We've followed the full 3CX guide to do this including;

  • Users have been added to 3CX with their @comapany1.org email address
  • Created a new FQDN for the Teams SBC (subdomain of teams.company2.org.uk)
  • Added an A record for the teams FQDN to the public IP of the 3CX and resolves when you visit/ping
  • Uploaded a public SSL for the FQDN to the 3CX Direct Routing Settings
  • Assigned DDI's to users
  • Run the PowerShell scripts to setup the teams SBC & users
  • Connected the M365 sync and selected the users

We've gone through all the steps they advise but running calls aren't going through.  SBC in teams is showing as inactive but all the tests we've run have passed.

I can see the calls in 3CX logs as terminated and in the Teams Admin Centre - they all say Warning: 499 3CXURL.3cx.uk "Caller is forbidden"

Feel like I'm missing something obvious - any help appreciated!
