SLG & SIMS Online Publish Documents

Good Afternoon,

I'm working between two schools, and I've always uploaded individual reports to Sims and then followed Routines -> SLG & SIMS Online -> Publish Documents. When going to do this for the other school, the publish documents button isn't visible. I've checked the SIMS documentation and the edulink Documentation (where we publish them to) and can't seem to get it working no matter what I'm trying. Has anyone had this issue before and how did you fix it?
