Nova_T NCC Scheduling

Hi - We would like to cover a 're-focus room' with teaching staff who are under capacity. Is there a way to assign one NCC to each eligible teacher and then have NT-6 schedule it so that there's no more than one teacher on per period?

It would save huge amounts of time if this were possible.

if it's got kids in it then it's not a NCC period (since NCC = Non-Contact Code)

that said - you can timetable it easily enough - if you're only using underutilised teachers then after timetabling everything else - pull out the list of teachers who are free for each period and drop one on each unstaffed period for the re-focus room.

 

Don't know if I'd let NOVA-T6 loose on it - you'd really want to lock every real teaching period before letting it attempt to automate it.
