SmartBaord GX075-V3 HDMi Sound Problems

Hi Everyone, 

 

We have recently replaced all of our old interactive whiteboard and projectors with Big Screens specifically the Smart Board GXV3's in a variety of sizes. Since the most recent firmware update, we have had problems with the screen itself and a 3rd party sound bar, which is attached with optical cable failing to output sound. Does anyone know if it's possible to roll back to the previous firmware or if there is a solution other than keep turning the board on and off until it starts working,

I have just noticed that an update was released on the 1st so I am trying that now

• Restored Advanced HDMI settings

• Restored the magic wand to the Whiteboard

• Resolved issues with audio dropping when connected via HDMI

• Resolved inking issues when using Microsoft Teams Room and writing in the Microsoft Whiteboard

• Resolved an issue in which Wi-Fi turned off after switching inputs while the DocCam-650 wireless dongle was plugged in

• Resolved issues using policy filtering with SMART Remote Management

• Resolved issues in which many buttons didn’t work on the remote view window with SMART Remote Management

• Resolved an issue in which audio defaulted to internal speakers following wake from ready, even when the Line Out option was set on the display

• Resolved an issue in which enabling the Eye Care option caused a tinted screen display
