Anyone on here from Bromcom able to help

Is anyone from Bromcom on here able to assist with some offboarding from Bromcom to Arbor because Bromcom support in this has been anything but helpful and seems like we are being given radio silence.

 

We have a ticket open (ticket CAS-408857-W8V4N9) as our data backup is showing 2 sites rather than one which we would like to discuss and resolve.

 

Our Office Manager is giving up all hope on any help or advice regarding this.

 

For me, it does feel like Bromcom do throw their teddies out the pram because we are moving away from them and try to make things as difficult as possible to migrate.

 

We are just trying to do our jobs and some communication from Bromcom would be very much appreciated.

The irony is threads like this make bromcom look like Capita/ESS which is probbaly the biggst insult you can levy to an MIS provider.
