iPad filtering watchguard etc

Appreciate any help here - I'm not sure if i am getting or am giving the wrong information.

 

We currently have iPads set up as shared devices but no Apple ID's (shared across the school, too many pupils using to log in).

They have the watchguard certificate and are enforced youtube safe search.

 

However stuff is still getting through (explicit songs on youtube).  Our catch-all policy should force safesearch, but does not seem to.

 

We are looking at upgrading mosyle to One k12 - does anyone know if this does content inspection?
