Merge Lightspeed MDM accounts into single tenancy

Has anyone merged lightspeed accounts into one so that multiple school setups can be accessed in the same place within Lightspeed?

Yes, I have 9 schools under 1 login with a drop down in the top left to select which one. I always have to contact account manager to get them added.

Whilst you may have been able to do this in the past Lightspeed support explicitly say this is now not allowed, my customer is tearing his hair out at this decision
