AQA Test Papers - Email Code

Anyone else having issues receiving email from AQA?

 

Before you can download any test papers, you need to have a code sent to your email as a step of verification. Upon clicking the link to send the code the email never arrives. We are receiving all other AQA email as normal. No traces of any email from the below address.

 

I've spoken to support & they are saying it's an issue on our end as the email is bouncing back. The email address should be  [email protected]

Did AQA support give a useful error message / code / mail headers?  I'm suspecting not or you wouldn't be posting here.

 

Ask to speak to someone who can give you more details - (mailbox doesn't exist, full mailbox, sender is doing something odd, sender didn't bother to configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC for the MFA service (or did, but broke it)).

Nope no error at all

 

I did email support & they just said the email is bouncing back & that was it. (helpful)
