Windows 11: ThumbnailPhoto from Active directory

Hello,

 

Has anyone been able to get ThumbnailPhoto from an on premises AD, to work on Windows 11?  I have looked and tried several different powershell scripts, set up group policies, and followed this guide https://www.codetwo.com/admins-blog/use-active-directory-user-photos-windows-10/ as I have also tried their free software, but no matter what I do, the photos do not appear.

 

Has anyone else been able to make this work?
