Mosyle Manager app not installing on mac

Hi, 

 

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue. I have enrolled the device and everything seems to be going smoothly but when it comes to installing the manager app on the device it spits out an error. I have tried checking everything like licences, installs, pushing out the commands to see if this works but I keep getting the same error. 

 

I have attached this error for reference and wonder if anyone else has had this issue before. I have contacted support about this but I was looking to see if anyone might have discovered this before and knows how to resolve the issue.
