PaperCut MF - Not Scanning to OneDrive etc

Hi,

 

Just wondered if anyone else if having issues using Scan to OneDrive function within PaperCut MF?

 

Used to work OK, but now fails sending documents. I can't see any current service outages, and the Application Log states

Searching above refers to potential certificate errors???

 

All required PaperCut MF ports and URLs are permitted, perhaps a certificate has expired? I've also disabled DPI / certificate checks for these within our Firewall too, but still no joy!
