If you're still on OSDCloud v1 (which you are by the looks of things), then there's a dedicated New-OSDCloudUSB cmdlet that worked for me.

 

Apparently the new v2 (with the Recast branding) is getting a way to easily deploy a WinPE with it installed, but it's not available yet.

There's -WebPSScript if you are hosting your scripts somewhere internally which is what I did during dev (and just left it there)

As I understand it, there's -StartPSCommand for pulling the script from a file path, or -StartWebScript for pulling it from a web URL.

V1 can build the USB for you, if you're like me and aren't familiar with building your own WInPE setup. Apparently a tool is on the way for V2, but it's not here yet, hence why I haven't used it, being aware of the security risks of the PowerShell equivalent of piping curl into bash on Linux.
