aydee Posted March 20, 2025 Posted March 20, 2025 Hi All, I am wondering if any of you have come across a situation where one of the Google services, in our case Classroom, is unavaliable on your network. The error message is Classroom is not avaliable for xxxxx within this network.(I would attach an image but its not working atm) We had student from another school in our trust come over and login to our device but it wouldnt allow them into classroom, but Drive and Docs etc are all ok. im not sure if its becuse this device is managed in one Google environment and this studnts account is managed by another, but we have allowed them to login to our devices with their domain. We believe it has something to do with Managed Wifi Networks, as when we switch the CB over to our non admin panel applied SSID, it works fine, but we are stuck trying to work out why this is. Have any of you come across this before? TIA Adam
loxford01 Posted March 20, 2025 Posted March 20, 2025 Have you tried checking the firewall or web filters on the managed WiFi? Maybe that could be blocking classroom. Whitelist these domains classroom.google.com *.googleusercontent.com accounts.google.com Other than that, under Account Settings, Sharing Settings, you could confirm that the Google domains are correctly set up. 1
