thorpen Posted March 16, 2015 Posted March 16, 2015 They are on the tableschecking.education.gov.uk website - on the documents / 16-18 tab. They are called the Level 3 VA Report (L3VA) now.

Emm Posted March 17, 2015 Author Posted March 17, 2015 I found mine at the Provider Gateway too. You will need a username and log in. If you don’t have these the service desk number is 0370 2670001. If they ask for a UPIN and you don't have one, don't worry - they will sort that out for you too.
