MattMitchell Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 Has anyone else spotted Target Setting for Current Year 7 pupils on RAISEOnline? It says An overall English mark was calculated in 2012 using a combination of the reading test outcome and writing teacher assessment. There is a guide, Calculation of overall English at Key Stage 2, in the archive section of the Library. However, this methodology is not valid for any pupils completing KS2 after 2013 Oddly, it directs you to the Progress 8 technical guidance for information on calculating Prog8. That document just says APS is a mean of English and Maths at KS2. This makes it sound like something's missing, or that there are plans to use a different measure in future for KS2 APS. Anyone have any ideas on this?
MattMitchell Posted December 9, 2014 Posted December 9, 2014 Or am I being just really dense and missing something?
mark80 Posted December 10, 2014 Posted December 10, 2014 I noticed that too but put it down to them not knowing their arse from their elbow!
hschram Posted December 19, 2014 Posted December 19, 2014 Has anyone got KS2 results for the current Year 7 students? It seems strange that we are in the end of December and there is nothing on the DFE secure access site. Any help or information is very much appreciated.
Mark_VdB82 Posted December 19, 2014 Author Posted December 19, 2014 NCA tools has the current y7 KS2 results, includes the total marks too to be able to calculate sub and fine level/points It doesn't have the Writing teacher assessment though - perhaps those will appear when they are available on Key to Success?
