SMART Notebook 24.1 - Intune Install

Has anyone had any issues trying to install SMART Notebook 24.1 through Intune? I have installed SMART Notebook 24 without any issues but I am having real issues with 24.1. I have used the PSADT tool with parameters added to an MSI Execute line and the SMART install manager to create a modified MSI install file with Orca or SMART install manager to create a Transforms file and apply it using the install command within the Intune App. These install the Smart Education Software package and then stop saying it is succesfull despite not installing Notebook, SMART Ink and the Gallereies despite me trying to install everything. I have used a detection rule to detect when SMART Notebook is installed but that doesn't seem to make a difference.

 

The transformed MSI setup works on a standalone computer when installed but stops working properly once i have packaged the folders in the Content Prep tool and uploaded it to Intune.

 

Any help appreciated.

Are you making sure that the support folder and all the MSTs are being included in the contect prep tool?

 

Are you using the notebook.exe file as the file to detect the presence of or the launchnotebook.exe file?

I am using the whole folder structure when taking it in with the content prep tool. I am using a registry check on SMART Notebook to ensure that it has been installed. This fails as it isn't installed but if I look in event viewer the MSI installations all say that they have been successful.

Have managed to now get this working. I am using the Intune Prep Tool and then using this is as the Install command:

 

msiexec /i "SMARTEducationSoftware.msi" NB_PROD_KEY={Product_KEY} ACTIVATE_LICENSE=1 EN_GB=1 INSTALL_SPU=2 PRODUCT_NOTIFICATION=0 CUSTOMER_LOGGING=0 LAUNCH_SYSTEM_MENU=1 /qn

 

That seems to be working on our test computers although still fails on my personal computer. I can get a transformed MSI file to work on any computer but this will do for now.
