Somerset Broadband and Certificate Issues

Guys we are a provider of services to schools on the web (registered charity, Libraries Unlimited), one of our new sites is not working as deemed unsafe. We have tested the certificate on just about everything and it all seems fine, however, some primary schools in Somerset dont seem to be able to rectify this proble. Can I ask, in Somerset do you share in ISP ?

Are you using Kinsta.cloud? If you are, check the alternative names on the certificates in the chain via https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html

 

A web browser won't necessarily care. A HTTPS-intercepting proxy might (way more pedantic about cert problems).
