MS Authenticator loop

Hi All,

 

We use MS Authenticator with 365

 

We find some users end up in an MFA loop, usually need three times to logon

 

Its not always the case, has anyone had similar?

 

We use Talk Straight / Schools Broadband

We've seen it from time to time using the 6 digit codes but since we moved to the push notifications it's stopped.
