Removing Edge Pinned Icon - Win 11 SCCM Deployment

Hi guys us and a contractor are working on a Win 11 image deploying via SCCM, all is going well so far (except for having problems getting Minecraft EDU to deploy) - but our image for students has Edge auto-pinned

 

 

Does anyone know if there is a way to get rid of this auto Edge icon? preferably replace it with Chrome but I know there are all sorts of horrors with the Win 11 taskbar/start menu just removing it would be enough?

I've used this article to achieve what I needed to which was pinning edge, unpinning store and pinning the m365 app.
