roymorden Posted January 16, 2025 Posted January 16, 2025 (edited) We have user licensing for adobe cc which according to all adobe adverts allows us the use of adobe portfolio. According to Adobe support, because of COP(A) and being a K12 school (We are actually a college and not in America) we are not allowed it... Anyone had this problem? Do you use Adobe Portfolio? If as I suspect no one has it (Adobe Portfolio) then I would love some suggestions for an online portfolio for our photography student (currently using Weebly but with huge problems) TIA Roy Edited January 16, 2025 by roymorden
thimon Posted January 16, 2025 Posted January 16, 2025 You can get it as a school, you’ll just have to purchase standard Adobe licenses for those users that want it, as you correctly said you cannot get Portfolio via their K-12 license. Remove their K-12 app license from their user in the adobe admin portal, then assign the standard adobe license. Our adobe reseller confirmed this was the way, after a lot of back and forth with Adobe. Worked out just over £1k per year for 5 users.
