TacPac Issues

Hi Everyone,

 

Hope you all had a great New Year and Christmas, Just wondering if anyone has ever had experience with TacPac and their IOS app. I've been asked to install it by our Nursery and the app is just shocking.

The music in the app keeps pausing and it also logs it self out in the middle of the tracks.

 

I thought it might be filtering but I've hot spotted an iPad off my phone and I get the same issue.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to make sure they aren't sharing an account, apparently that causes an issue!

 

Other than that our teachers got creative and made their own to pop or relaxing music, whatever engages students more.
