Printing from O365

Hi,

 

we are beginning to push OneDrive and SharePoint but have a problem. When a standard user goes to print a document from OneDrive or SharePoint it doesn't happen (printer is available) but on a IT Admin account it works.

 

So its more than likely a GP that is stopping this but we cannot find the specific one but have an idea that when you ask to print from the cloud it wants to do something on the local HDD.

 

Anyone come across this or got a solution - maybe give access to a specific local folder?

it opens a PDF and prints it. So any PDF restrictions? (is the browser, ((edge)) the PDF handler) Edited January 8, 2025 by chazzy2501

Did you manage to get anywhere with this? We are finding that users are not receiving the Papercut budget selection box when printing from OneDrive or SharePoint. If they open the document in the desktop app and then print, it works fine.
