We use Forms for several things and it used to show the most recent result when user followed the link in the notification emails, but since the changes it longer does so and has a Word cloud type overview

You can still click on Check individual results which starts at the oldest entry and move manually through or guess the highest number to see the most recent result.

Is there a way to have it show the most recent or to attach it to an email

"New result page experience

The results page has also been completely revamped with a sleek, modern design. You can now quickly analyze responses with clear, visually engaging charts and graphs, making the data easier to interpret for more effective analysis."

You could create a power automate/flow that sends an email to the appropriate person with a summary of the entry per post. For example we use a form for parent to request an absence. Whenever a parent fills in the form the attendance bod receives a summary email.

We just send a summary of the information then if the staff want more details they can look in the back end of the form.

You could also use the power automate/flow to create a SharePoint list that they can access via a link in the summary email.

Power Automate/Flow and forms can be a life changer.

Power Automate now has an AI component where you can ask it to create and modify a flow to do what you would like.
