Unable to clear BIOS

I'm in the middle of reimaging a bank of machines and they all have the BIOS passworded so unable I'm unable to access the boot menu until the BIOS is cleared. Should be easy enough but I've come across one machine that refusing to clear the BIOS. I've removed the battery and connected the jumper pins to clear the BIOS but the BIOS is still passworded. I've even left the machine overnight with the battery removed but still it comes up with the password prompt.

 

Any ideas how to resolve this? All the machines are old Zoostorms.

On the rare occasion I've had the same/similar issue, remove the drive, image it from another device, then install it in the new machine to allow OOBE to run.

To reset you BIOS password, follow the instructions on the BIOS PW website as mentioned here:

Thanks but the BIOS is not locked out I just do not know what the password is. These machines were setup years ago and the person has left leaving a record of what the password is.

I really don't know what to say.

 

Keep putting in any old wrong password and after a few attempts it will be locked out.

 

Once locked out follow the instructions on the website to unlock it. When unlocked you will then be in the BIOS without having entered a password, then go to security and set an admin password or clear the password by entering a blank one twice.
