GMail Red Question Mark

Getting this instead of the user's icon on, it seems, mail sent to lists. The same user can send to individuals without the question mark showing.

 

Apparently this probably means DMARC/SPF/DKIM problems but it has only just started happening. Any one else getting this?

I would imagine this is SPF/DKIM/DMARC related as you mentioned. I would run your domain through a checker to just to ensure it is nothing on your end. Edited November 20, 2024 by HyperTech
